Amy Grant is a Virginia native, born in Arlington and settling down in Woodbridge with her husband, Mike, of over a decade and a half to raise their two children, Monica and Mikey. She has been in the title and settlement industry for over thirteen years, the last seven of which have been with Title Associates of Virginia, Inc. in the role of Senior Processor. Amy has extensive knowledge of and experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as foreclosures, auctions and short sales. Her experience and attention to detail make her one of the best in the business at processing from beginning to end. She truly understands the importance of pleasing the client and earning the trust of the Realtors and loan officers she represents.
Amy is a licensed underwriter with both First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Company and also is a Virginia Notary.
