Carrie Allen, Realtor

Carrie is a Northern Virginia native. She was born in Fairfax hospital, educated in the Fairfax County Public School system and graduated from Chantilly High School. Since that time, Carrie has made her home in Prince William County, with her daughter Ashley. Carrie’s daughter was educated in the Prince William County Public School system and graduated from Osbourn Park High School in 2013. During the past 22 years, Carrie’s career has been enhanced throughout multiple positions held within the mortgage industry. Carrie has worked with loan origination, loan operations, sales, training development, budgets, quality control and appraisal. Currently, she is licensed in Virginia as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Carrie has been licensed as an appraiser since 2005. Carrie holds memberships with the Virginia Coalition of Appraiser Professionals, National Association of Professional Women and the Prince William Association of Realtors. Carrie has received recognition over the years in the following categories: Shared Success Award for Community Service, Shared Success Award for Teamwork, Shared Success Award for Best Appraisal Practice, Virginia Service Leader Award. Carrie is known for her charismatic personality and her attention to detail. She is a dedicated professional with a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure her clients satisfaction.
