Born and raised in Warrenton, Virginia, Sharon Wehrle still resides in Fauquier County with her husband and two daughters. She began her career working in real estate in 1996 when she joined Greystone Servicing, a Mortgage Service Company. Upon her departure, she entered into the title and settlement industry working for an attorney where she learned the ins and outs of processing from beginning to end and the proper way to conduct a settlement. She took that knowledge and experience and joined Title Associates of Virginia, Inc. as the Office Manager for both their Stafford and Warrenton locations for several years.
Sharon took a break from the Real Estate Industry from 2006 until 2009 to support her husband in pursuing his dream of owning a septic service company, which has become a reality with her help and dedication. During this time, she became a licensed Realtor. She has finally come “home” again to Title Associates of Virginia, Inc. in the capacity of General Manager. Her ability to understand and appreciate the expectations of fellow real estate agents from their title company gives Sharon a unique perspective and valuable insight on how Title Associates of Virginia, Inc. can go above and beyond our competition to please our clients and gain their trust and respect.
